Our aim is simple – To raise and butcher Adelaide’s Hills finest chemical free, grass fed & finished beef. We believe that in order to produce safe, high quality food you need to have control of all facets of production. For many years this has been a dream of ours and now it is a reality. We are blessed to live and work in such a highly productive area as the Adelaide Hills. We are surrounded by open lush green pastures, crystal clear water, mature gums and peace and tranquility.
