Setting up an LED screen with NovaLCT for the first time? It's easier than it looks. The whole process comes down to four steps, and most people get it done in under 30 minutes.

Step 1 — Graphics card settings
Go to Display Settings on your PC, set the display mode (Duplicate for first-time setup, Extended for regular use), and make sure the scale is set to 100%. This gets your screen showing pixel-by-pixel without any stretching.
Step 2 — Sending card settings
Open NovaLCT, log in with password "admin", go to Screen Configuration, and match the video source, resolution, and refresh rate to your graphics card output. Hit Refresh to confirm they match, then Save.
Step 3 — Receiving card configuration
Your LED screen supplier should give you an RCFG file — just load it in and send to all receiving cards. No RCFG file? Use the Read Back function to pull the existing parameters directly from the card.
Step 4 — Screen connection
Fill in the number of columns and rows of your receiving cards, select the sending card, and send to hardware. Use Enable Mapping to visually confirm the layout is correct. Use Detect Communication Status to check all cards are connected — green means good, red means check your cable.
NovaLCT V5.9.1 is the latest version. SmartLCT is also available if you need module-level calibration. Both are free to download from the guide above.
