Col Del, the original and a Hofstra favourite, is still on the menucuisine today along with a catering service and a restaurant.

4: Oberlin College

5: Harvard University

With so many options in Cambridge, the general agreement was fragile. But Darwin has prevailed, at least this time. Sure, it's packed on weekends, but so are the greatest brunch restaurants.

In the Raether Library, Peter B's offers pastries and cappuccino. The renowned First and Last bakery in Hartford is where the pastries come from. Although Peter B's, a Trinity student-run establishment, is hidden away, the coffee they offer is absolutely exceptional.
