1. Can be applied to rubber products.  As a reinforcing agent and anti-aging agent, nano-silica can be used in rubber products to improve strength, toughness, anti-aging, anti-friction fire, prolong life, and other functions.  The mechanical strength of pure rubber is very low. When the nano-silica reinforcing filler is mixed, the microcrystalline area with silica as the crystal core is formed, which increases the physical cross-linking point and is more prone to crystallization. 2. When used in epoxy resin, it can improve the tensile strength, impact strength, elongation at break, thermal stability, and other properties of epoxy resin, and maintain transparency.

Can be applied in coatings. Nano-silica can improve the scrubbing resistance, strength, and hardness of coating. By adding a small amount of nano silica into the coating, the anti-uv aging test performance of the coating is improved more, the drying time is greatly reduced, and the problems of poor suspension stability, poor thixotropy and low finish of the raw material are solved well.  
 

4. Used as slurry additive.  It can enhance the adhesion of slurry to fiber and improve the sizing properties of pure cotton yarn and polyester cotton yarn.  The hydroxyl content of yarn has a direct effect on the improvement of the size properties of pure cotton yarn.
