Hello! It was a joy to have the Turkish Airlines BRU Terminal. The pet-friendly conditions enabled us to travel in comfort with our little dog, and the employees were very clear in guiding us as well as offering support. The facilities at the terminal, such as the clean washrooms and sufficient seating, were pleasant for us to wait around. We also enjoyed the shopping facilities, discovering special finds to celebrate our journey. The warmth and efficiency of the staff made this one of our most enjoyable travel experiences.
