Dr. Jason Roop, the founder and CEO of the Center for Trait-Based Transformation, is a living example of how anyone can battle compulsion. After a protracted struggle of 17 years, he finally beat the odds and recovered in 2013, subsequently embarking on a journey to completing his Ph.D. in Business Management and Leadership.

Upon his completion, he decided to lay the groundwork for a drug treatment center in Kentucky, and as a result, the organization came into being.
