In 1998, Mrs. Tara Jha a veteran from cable manufacturing and re-nouned in Indian diaspora established the company in a garage called Cabletech Pvt ltd.

In 2004, losing her husband due to cancer, she moved to an Indian village and started working on social causes with her only child.

After about >12 years in 2017, she founded Tekniker Triviala pvt ltd and established a registered brand called “Techtrivial” because she believed in “Trivial (small) step improvements”. Two co founders Aparajita M (AI software techy) and Sanjula Devi (Retired from Plastic industry) joined the hands to cause of bringing highest transparency in industrial supplies for cable and plastic industry.

Hydraulic Die Press Machine

Multi die Hydraulic Hot Press.
Frame: Made of MS Rod’s hard Chromed.
Daylight : 140 mm. Platens: Made of MS slab (25 mm) thick. Painted.
Platen Size : 8 x 8 (LW in inches).
Heating Block: Made of Aluminum Block (25 mm) thick.
Heaters: 4-rod type heater (350 W each) inserted in each heating block.
Temperature Range : Ambient to 250oC. +/- 2oC. LC 0.1oC.
Temperature Control: Two Digital PID controllers (one for each platen). The controllers are housed in separate panel box with heater and thermocouple connectors at the back. The mains are connected to an MCB. Each Platen heaters can be individually operated and controlled.
Pressure: Using a Manual Hydraulic system with the oil pump.
Hydraulic: Hydraulic Ramp diameter of 82.5 mm connected to lower platen.
Pressure Range : 0-250 KN (25 tons) +/- 5 KN (0.5 tons). LC 1.25 KN (0.125 tons) (1 ton = 9.964 KN).
Pressure Gauge: 0-250 KN stainless Steel Gauge connected to ramp dia.
Pump: Manual, using hydraulic oil (No 4.
Pressure Release: Using a manual valve given in the pump.
Water Cooling: Using running water through the drilled tunnel in the platen. (water pipe not part of this quote).
Calibration: Temperature controller / Dia Gauge to be calibrated from a NABL lab.
