Maybe I don’t really keep up with trends or new releases in the gaming world, but there just aren’t many projects I actually feel excited to follow or wait for. I read this article, and I honestly didn’t get why I personally would need games in the metaverse. Like, yeah there’s some movement in that direction, but I don’t see the point. At least not for me.

If something does get released that’s worth the hype, it’s usually a remake of some old game. I’m kinda tired of that already, to be honest. I’m not asking for something brand new with groundbreaking stories or tech every year. It’s just all starting to feel the same.
