This one-year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Should a defect occur during the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace your product (at our option) at no charge to you.
In addition, we will also refund your original purchase price if you return the defective product to us within the specified time period, less depreciation as determined by age of the Product at the time of return, as per our policy for returns.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties and implied warranties, including without limitation those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
