If you settle or resettle in Canada, you may be eligible for counseling services through the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).
The IFH program is a comprehensive health coverage program for individuals who aren't qualified for any provincial health program. IFHP covers 10 hours of mental health counseling for refugees suffering from trauma, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns.
IFHP provides temporary coverage to:

●Resettles refugees
●Protected persons
